This dataset contains all the excel files, the ontologies (accompanied by their HTML documentation and diagrams) and data developed in the context of the Italian project "FOOD: Food in Open Data".

The project was partially funded by MIPAAF and AgID in the context of a formal agreement established in accordance to article 15 of the Italian law no. 241/1990.
