R Scripts and supporting data for creating metamodels to estimate potato late blight risk using large time-step data, as published in Ecosphere and applied in manuscript published in Global Change Biology.

Look-up table values, generated by SimCastMeta, for daily and monthly, resistant and susceptible cultivars are available for use in /Cache/Look Up Tables as .txt files with Temperature, Relative Humidity and corresponding blight unit values.
