Chroma

Abstract: Eilis O'Connell was born in Derry in 1953 and studied in the Crawford School of Art, Cork and the Massachusetts College of Art, Boston. She has represented Ireland in the Paris Biennale in 1982, the Sao Paolo Biennale in 1985 and has exhibited in the Venice Biennale. 'Chroma' from the Greek word for purity of colour, is a light interactive sculpture and the colour and form changes as the viewer moves around the sculpture.
